Deep planetary oceans
Full to the brim with life
Extinguished and now barren
Rocks lost in time

Bringing order to nothing
Empty worlds of desolation
Silent voices still echo through space
Ghosts of ages that have passed

Bound for an eternity
Lights blink out their last
Matter turning cold and harsh
Reaches out from the space fiend's grasp

Weaving their way through life
Cold to a world that challenged the great
Firestorms and angel rays
Distant particles sweep through the haze

Deemed unfit for a world of hope
No one is alone in the depths of space
Finding shelter in a void of being
The extent of Infinity sends them reeling
